I have Shield of Shelter Ins. My policy states under 7500 miles/year for $20K. Full coverage, everything you can think of is covered. And it can't be your daily driver and must be stored in a garage.
The more policies you have with a company, the bigger the discount. So get your insurance for your DD, homeowners, wife's car, umbrella policy, etc... with the same company. It all adds up. The obvious applys also, no tickets, no accidents, non-smoker, no teens under the same roof, good credit (yes, good credit makes a BIG difference), live outside the hood, and old age helps until you reach 70--then it starts to go up.
I pay $35/mo with all of my discounts. When I went to a stated policy, my premium went down $300 per year.
